Safari Vet is a website that offers pet wellness plans, boarding services, and grooming. There is a pre-made subscription for the pet in the wellness plan, and options have been provided in it to accommodate users' budgets. The subscription includes the tests and vaccinations that the pets require, as well as add-on options for a few vaccinations and medications that aren't commonly required for all pets. There is also the option to upgrade or downgrade the subscription, as well as a cancellation feature. You can board your pets and select a cage type based on your needs at the boarding service. There is also a feature in boarding that allows you to take pictures of your pet before boarding and after boarding, as well as note the medication details of pets if they are kept on any. They offer many services for pets under grooming services such as bathing, nail cutting, hair trimming, ear cleaning, and so on. These services are combined in different plans based on the needs of the pet. In addition, if they require any additional services for their pets, an add-on feature is provided.
The client had a desktop app that had several flaws, so they wanted a web app with a subscription-based system for puppies, adult dogs, and other pets. The client wanted a web application for maintaining and keeping all processes transparent with their customers because desktop applications only had an admin panel, making maintenance more difficult. They also wanted to include boarding and grooming services in the web application, as well as a health map that provides a pet's health report and suggests medicines and products based on the results of the report.
