Mario's Towing is a web-based application that helps manage fleets, book jobs, track vehicles in transit, and generate invoices for services rendered. The application offers customers the ability to book jobs online, track their vehicle's progress, and pay for services. It streamlines the process of linking clients with tow truck drivers and provides a user-friendly platform for managing business operations and improving customer service.
Client's main business is to tow the vehicles that are stuck on road side due to any of the reasons. Mario Application helps the client to maintain the business online, maintain all requests and processes online which starts from Web Application and ends with Mobile Application. Application gives a user role named "CSR" which is helping the customer to get his/her car towed from current place to warehouse of Mario. Application also helping the business owner to see where all vehicles are on his android tv, where we came with a URL which is helping business owner to see all of the trucks on google maps. Real time location sharing of towing driver is also a very useful feature that application is having for customer to make sure where the driver is. Mobile Driver is having his own Mobile Application using which he can manage all of his requests and enter all the cost that company needs to charge from customer. Seamless communication between Mobile Application and Web Application really helps the business process to run more smoother than ever.
