Job Description

We are looking for a motivated senior Laravel developer to come join our agile team of professionals. You will be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Job Requirement

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in web development and software design in PHP technology.
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience required in the Laravel framework of the last 2 latest versions.
  • Experience in the knowledge of any popular MVC Framework in PHP.
  • Experience with JSON and RESTful services implementation.
  • Solid experience with Mysql/MongoDB databases and their declarative query languages and must have the ability to create database schemas.
  • Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Hand on Experience in Responsive Websites including HTML, CSS Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software with a scalable and strong microservices orientation.
  • Work with other team members to devise the best possible technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Participate in the collection of requirements, give estimations, propose different approaches and make analysis documents.
  • Bring code quality and good practices, and perform deployment, validations and verification testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with open source trends in PHP/Laravel and emerging technologies.
  • Teach and mentor fellow engineers, and work to foster an environment of development and inclusivity.
