The main purpose for this opening to get a skilled senior developer who can work efficiently and can handle the project individually with couple of juniors.

Qualification

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience with Angular, Node.js and MongoDB or MySQL.

  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new applications, working with the latest technology trends and tools.
  • Ensure the continuous functionality of our existing applications by performing routine maintenance and necessary upgrades.
  • Understand and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Perform in-depth technical analyses and conduct complex research and development tasks that contribute to our innovative solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills, juggling various individual and team tasks, managing deadlines, and prioritizing deliverables effectively.
  • Produce clean, reusable, and scalable code with proper comments for clarity, adhering to the latest coding standards of Angular, Node.js, ECMAScript.
  • Take an active role in maintaining high code quality across our projects, setting the bar for our development standards.
  • Contribute significantly to various engineering efforts, from planning and organization to execution and delivery.
  • Display your problem-solving acumen in tackling complex engineering challenges and providing effective solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their skill development and enhancing their proficiency.
  • Engage actively in code review processes, providing and receiving insightful feedback to ensure our coding practices are top-notch.
  • Engage directly with clients, providing regular updates, promptly addressing queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
