We are looking for a fresher candidate having zeal and enthusiasm to learn and who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our company as a BDE. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for business development and generating leads from target clients and audience.

Bachelor's/Master’s degree with strong negotiation skills and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent relationship with clients and prospects
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Following up on leads.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers in CRM.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Up selling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Create company intro and pitch for service or product demo
  • Write a pitch for email and social media
  • Do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns
